  • The Relationship Reboot Program is a comprehensive, 12-week course designed to help women break free from toxic relationship patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Whether you are in or out of a relationship, this program provides the tools and guidance needed to improve your communication and emotional resilience.

  • This program is specifically designed for women who struggle with expressing themselves in their relationships without it leading to conflict. If you find that your efforts to communicate often backfire or make things worse, this program is for you. It’s suitable for women in any relationship status.

  • The group coaching schedule is designed to be flexible and accommodate everyone’s availability as much as possible. Here’s the current tentative plan:

    • Tuesdays at 11am PDT / 2pm EDT: We’ll have a 2-hour group coaching session where we dive into the topic of the week and hold each other accountable for the previous week’s progress.

    • Thursdays at 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT: There’s a 1-hour session dedicated to homework help and any questions you might have.

    • Fridays from 9am-12pm PDT / 12pm - 3pm EDT: I’ll be available for 1:1 office hours if you need more personalized support.

    Please note that these days and times could change based on what works best for the group. We might also add a 4th coaching day if we find that it’s needed. While Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are our main options, we’re open to considering weekends if that suits everyone better.

    Our goal is to ensure that the schedule works for everyone, so we’ll be flexible and make adjustments as needed.

  • We offer three plans to fit different needs:

    • DIY Plan

    • LIVE Plan

    • VIP Plan

  • The DIY Plan allows you to take the course at your own pace. It is perfect for those who like to learn and implement at their own speed and on their own schedule. You will have full access to all course materials, including videos, worksheets, and exercises designed to help you understand and apply the concepts of the Relationship Reboot Program.

    In addition to the course materials, you will have unlimited email support and access to the members-only Facebook group for the program. In the Facebook group, you will receive additional help from myself, other coaches, and your peers.

  • The LIVE Plan is designed for women who want structured, real-time support and interaction. Starting on September 23rd and running for 12 weeks, with a one-week break for Thanksgiving, this plan includes access to the complete 12-week program, weekly group coaching sessions, and 1:1 office hours. You will receive a minimum of 4 hours per week of group support, providing ample opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and gain insights from both myself and your peers.

    In addition to the course materials, you will have unlimited email support and access to the members-only Facebook group for the program. In the Facebook group, you will receive additional help from myself, other coaches, and your peers. As a LIVE plan participant, you can also get discounted "a la carte" coaching sessions (30 or 60 minutes) when needed.

  • The VIP Plan offers everything included in the LIVE Plan, plus 12 one-on-one coaching sessions for personalized support. These sessions can be used weekly, as recommended, or flexibly to suit your schedule and needs. If you need extra help during a particular week or want to take a week off, you can adjust accordingly.

    VIP participants also receive four emergency 15-minute calls anytime, and unlimited texting for ongoing support. Being in the VIP group is like having a bestie for 12 weeks who never gets tired of hearing about how annoying your partner is or what he did or didn’t do this time. During the beta program, I will be your go-to person to work through all your issues so you can have the best holidays ever.

  • The program begins on September 23rd and runs for 12 weeks, with a one-week break for Thanksgiving, finishing on December 22nd. If you can’t join the beta program, don’t worry! A new session will start on January 6th, though it won't include the exclusive beta perks, such as discounted pricing and additional support.

  • The beta program is a special initial launch of the Relationship Reboot Program. As a beta participant, you will receive more than 50% off the regular price, extra support from me as we refine the program together, and lifetime access to all future program coaching calls, events, and updates.

  • Once you enroll, you will receive access to the course materials and information about upcoming group coaching sessions. For those in the LIVE and VIP plans, the program will begin on September 23rd.

  • There is no limit to the number of participants in the DIY plan. However, the LIVE and VIP plans are limited to 10 participants each to ensure personalized attention and support.

  • While I loooove working with clients 1:1, through my own healing process and research, I discovered the power of combining education with group support. 1:1 coaching is great, but having a structured program outlining what to do and when to do it is one of the best ways to start shifting those patterns effectively. Instead of just addressing random issues of the day, our sessions are tailored to both teach and guide you.

    Additionally, the community support you receive and give to others is essential in healing attachment insecurities, especially when it comes to relationship issues. We have these issues in relationships, so what better way to heal them than with others? Will people sometimes trigger you? Absolutely! That’s the best part. What better way to work through a trigger than with a complete stranger? It's much better than working through it with your partners or kids, isn't it?

  • The time investment will vary depending on the plan you choose:

    • DIY Plan: You can complete the course at your own pace, so the time investment is flexible.

    • LIVE Plan: There are at least 4 hours of coaching support available each week, but you only need to attend at least 1 hour to get the most out of the program. The videos each week are about 15 minutes long, and the worksheets will take about 2 hours total, usually about 15-30 minutes a day.

    • VIP Plan: In addition to the 4 hours per week for group coaching, you will have weekly 1:1 sessions and the option for emergency calls and unlimited texting, which will require a bit more time. This option can be more intense, but if you have the time and investment you will see the biggest progress.
